Art was a special member of the Wilton community for so many years and it is fitting that our annual outing is consistently supported by the residents and businesses in town. Even as some of our friends have moved to other areas of the country, we know we will be able to get together at least once per year to play golf, remember Art and have a great time. The strength of our fund, and the scholarships we award each spring, would not be feasible without the businesses and friends who support us each September so take a moment to visit our Sponsors page before you leave the site.
In addition to awarding our two scholarships each June, in 2012 we developed our Community Outreach Program to support other 501 (c) (3) organizations dedicated to helping the Wilton Community and those who call Wilton home. Under this program we provide a portion of our annual golf outing proceeds to select organizations and/or programs. Past recipients have been Trackside Teen Center (2012), Wilton Police Gift Fund (2013), Wilton Youth Council (2014), Wilton Volunteer Ambulance Corp (2015), Wilton Student Financial Aid Committee (2016), Riverbrook Regional (Wilton) YMCA (2017), Wilton Children’s Library and Child Guidance Center of Mid-Fairfield County (2018), CT Special Olympics (2019), Stay At Home Wilton (2020), Disabled American Veterans CT Service Foundation (2021), and Circle of Care (2022), Bronx Lacrosse, Wilton Rocks for Food and More George/In A Heartbeat (2023), Whittingham Cancer Center (2024) and Tunnel to Towers (2025).
In total we have awarded over $115,000 via our Community Outreach Program - thank you to all the players, sponsors and supporters of our annual outing.
